How we work helps you think about the problem, explore design options and decide what works best	We’ll want to know about your goals and strategy to get behind the real problems and to discover design opportunities. We’ll want to understand your users and involve them in the project. We want to check that what we design really helps the user do what they need or want to do. We’ll want to know more about your systems to understand the context. We’ll talk to people involved, map the process, review information and production requirements. We’ll also work with other experts in psychology, usability, cultural responsibility and information management.	What to expect Expect to roll up your sleeves and work with us. Expect us to discuss the content and wording of your product, not just make things look good. Expect us to test with users along the way, formally and informally, to help get design insights early when we can still do something about them. Expect information products that are learnable, actionable and sustainable.
