	Bankers Trust: Helping investors track their investments
			Bankers Trust, leaders in providing consumer information, upgraded their statement production in 1990 and took the opportunity to redesign the documents. The basic design is still used today. We introduced the client to simple user testing techniques to discover user needs and test concepts. The redesign incorporated clearer, simpler language, a consistent reference section at top right and the disclosure of fees so that the amounts 'added up' for the user.
