Money Organiser provided
information about financial concepts and tools to take action. Our approach was not to 'dumb down' the information but to make a serious topic accessible, inviting, understandable and actionable. The client had a reputation as a money personality, a plain-speaking coach. We used this in the design to give a personal and motivating tone. The booklets were user tested through the design stage and tested in focus groups. Many users found the product so useful they had put their numbers in and wanted to keep their workbooks. We designed the user interface of the companion electronic organiser to make it easy to enter information, understand the situation and to reflect the design of the booklets. See sample pages (PDF) |
